Twin Villas is an independently owned senior living community. Here's what we're trying to build and why.
Our story
Twin Villas started with a simple frustration: most senior living looked like a hotel hallway, not a neighborhood. So we built villas in pairs instead of long buildings, gave each resident their own front door, and kept the whole community small enough that the staff actually know your name.
We're locally owned and operated, not part of a national chain, which means the person who answers the phone is the same person who can make a decision.
Growing older should mean fewer chores, not less independence. Twin Villas exists to give residents a home of their own, a neighbor close by, and a team that quietly takes care of the rest.
