Is Twin Villas independent living, or does it provide care?
Twin Villas is independent living: we handle the home, the grounds, and the community, but we don't provide medical or nursing care. Many residents arrange home health or therapy services through an outside provider of their choice, right in their villa.
What's included in the monthly rent?
Rent covers your villa, all exterior and lawn maintenance, snow removal, trash, water, and access to the clubhouse and its activities. Housekeeping and meal plans are available for an added monthly fee.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. Cats and dogs under 40 pounds are welcome in every villa. We ask that you let us know about your pet before move-in so we can note any care needs.
Is there a waiting list?
Availability changes throughout the year. The best way to find out current timing is to call us or request pricing and availability using the form below.
What happens if my care needs change down the road?
We'll talk it through with you and your family. Twin Villas doesn't provide assisted living or memory care directly, so if your needs grow beyond independent living, we help you look at nearby options and coordinate a smooth move.
Can family and friends visit anytime?
Yes. It's your home, so there are no set visiting hours. Family are welcome to stop by, stay for a meal, or join you for community events.
Is the villa wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Every villa has a step-free entry, wide doorways, and a walk-in shower with grab bars, so it works well whether you use a walker, a wheelchair, or neither.
